Hey guys! Things have been so crazy lately! I ended up ditching a lot of posts that were supposed to be coming out this month, but that’s okay! I’ve got some special stuff coming in March, so you can look forward to that! But before that, I’ve got a Day In My Life for y’all! I was SUPPOSED to do this on Valentine’s Day, because I had a ton of interesting stuff going on then, but alas, debilitating anxiety hit at the beginning of the month and I could barely get myself to go to school. I’m glad that I did a lot of my blogging ahead of time so stuff could keep releasing, but it did hinder a lot of stuff I was trying to get done. I’m taking measures to take better care of my physicals and mental health, though, so I’m hoping I can get back on track here soon. Anyways, I digress… I finally got around to taking some pictures of my day and everything yesterday, so I’ll be recapping what I did on February 24th, 2023. It was an interesting day!

My family is out of town for the time being for a basketball tournament, but I stayed behind because I had school and work I couldn’t get out of. But that means I got to stay with my grandparents (and I’m still chilling at there place as of writing this, haha!), so that’s great! I don’t really see them that often even though they literally live in the same neighborhood as us, but I guess I’m really not home that often. Anyways, I on Fridays I have a Zoom class that only meets for fifty minutes at 10AM, but I didn’t end up waking up until like half an hour before. I’ve been taking Melatonin to make me sleep better, but I guess it’s been working TOO well even though I take less than the prescribed dosage. Class was boring as usual, but I managed to stay awake through it.

After that, I kinda chilled out for a while even though I have loads of stuff to do. As I said, I ended up ditching some blog posts, but I felt that was best to keep myself from getting overwhelmed. Before I started school, I played with my grandparents’ dog, who is my favorite dog in the world.

He really loves his blanket! He likes hiding under it too, I guess, haha!

I tried to get some work done because we decided to go out to eat later that day and I just wanted to chill. As I said, I don’t see my grandparents much, and I didn’t want to spend the entire time at their house doing work. I got as much homework done as I could my cousin (who lives with my grandparents) had some school to do to, so we just did it at the same time.

Finally, the time came head out! We went to Khol’s first to do some shopping. It was a weirdly gray day, but it felt pretty nice at least!

We went out to eat, then we stopped at GameStop because Square Enix released Octopath Traveler II that day! I had gotten the demo a few days ago and I can honestly agree with the people who are saying this one is better than the first one. The music is even better and, somehow, the animation is, too. I started off with the Merchant and have really been enjoying the new mechanics of this game. Going to GameStop always hurts my wallet, and right now there’s a lot of games I want to get, but I stuck to just Octopath Traveler II…

When we got back home, I went to take care of some stuff at my own house before settling in for the night. I got a few more things done in the way of homework, then got to playing my new game! I finally went to be around 1AM, which isn’t really that impressive because most nights I could stay up longer than that. I was pretty tired last night!

That’s pretty much all the interesting parts, haha! I feel like I’ve been in a really weird time bubble or something, because all of my days seem more like one long day. It’s just been a strange month for me, I guess! But I hope this little post amused you at least a little bit. I promise more exciting stuff with be coming soon!
