It’s the last quote of January 2023, y’all! Usually January feels like it lasts 1000000 years compared to other months, but it went by pretty fast this time! Next week will start my theme quotes for the month of February, which will be some romance quotes, so my mind has already been going to what I’ll post then. That means I had no clue what to post this week… I’m telling you, my mind is always like five steps ahead and I have to pull it back to the present. Anyways, I finally landed on this great quote!

“Shadow and light are two sides of the same coin. One cannot exist without the other.” – Princess Zelda (Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess).

As you might know if you’ve followed this blog for a while, Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess was my first Zelda game, and it is my favorite one. I mean, what’s NOT to love? This version of Princess Zelda is more serious compared to others, but that obviously comes with the style of the game. Everything’s a bit darker, here. And deeper! She admits that they can’t live in a world of complete light, because their shadows will always be there. The world of shadows will always be right beside them whether they realize it or not. But she knows that there are some shadows that need to be destroyed. She sends Link on this mission to not only save the world of light, but the world of Twilight as well.
