An Announcement Concerning My Next Short Story

Happy Friday! I believe I mentioned in an earlier post (my 2023 goals post maybe, I can’t be sure) that I would have to talk about delaying my next short story, and that I would be discussing it in more detail later on. Well, it is now later on, and it’s time to talk about the fact that y’all will not be able to see my next short story, Divine Heist, for the foreseeable future. As you might now, I had a CRAZY fall semester. I was working long hours, and when I wasn’t working, I was trying not to fail my classes, haha! Because of that, I didn’t have a lot of time to write, let alone work on my short stories, since any writing time I did get was for my WIP. So yeah…I don’t really have much to offer y’all right now.

BUT! You won’t have to wait THAT long to read Divine Heist! I’m getting the story worked out, along with the characters and how I want to portray them, especially since they are characters I didn’t create. For those of you who didn’t read the post where I first announced this story, it’s basically going to be the Greek gods pulling off a heist! You can see an official synopsis here!

I would really like to post a chapter every week instead of every other week like I did with The Card Dealer and The Unlikely Prince. But since I do get quite productive with other things, I would also like to write the majority of those chapters ahead of time, so I plan on having a better handle on my time this semester so I can make that happen. Lord willing, the first chapter will most likely be released June 3rd, 2023. So not TOO long of a wait!

I apologize for the wait, but I want to make this a great story for y’all! Let me know your thoughts in the comments, and have a blessed day!
