Blogmas Day 18: Weekly Dose of Scripture

Blogmas is moving right along! We’re already at Day 18, and Christmas is literally NEXT WEEK!! I don’t know about you, but that is exciting! Anyway, for today’s Scripture, I thought we’d turn to the book of Luke. Take a look!

The angel answered, “The Holy Spirit will come on you, and the power of the Most High will overshadow you. So the holy one to be born will be called the Son of God. Even Elizabeth your relative is going to have a child in her old age, and she who was said to be unable to conceive is in her sixth month. For no word from God will ever fail.” – Luke 1:35-37

This is when the angel appears to Mary to tell her that she will have a son- the Savior of the world. I love this verse so much, because when Mary asks how she could possibly have a child when she’s a virgin, this is how the angel replies. No word from God will ever fail! Mary didn’t have to worry about how her situation would be possible. God can do all things, and when He plans for something to happen, it’s going to happen! The same is true for your life. If the plans God has for you seem impossible, just put your trust in Him, and everything will work out!

I hope this encourages you to trust that God’s word will never fail! As always, God bless y’all and have a wonderful week!
