It’s time for another Christmas-themed verse! For this week, I went back to the book of John, and I found a verse that I actually don’t remember seeing before. Not only is the verse super cool, but I think it’s pretty encouraging, too! Take a look!

The true light that gives light to everyone was coming into the world. – John 1:9

This is at the beginning of the book of John when John the Baptist is preparing the way for Jesus. That whole beginning is just awesome, so I encourage you to go and read the first chapter (and beyond that, too)! Jesus is the True Light! To this day, He is still working in this world, giving light to the darkest places. He is still giving you light, too! So if you’re ever feeling like you’re in a dark place, go to Him! He will be a light to your path!
