Princess Geek Reads: Trick Or Treatin’ Book Tag

Hey guys! We have finally made it to one of my favorite months, and that means that it’s spooky season! This time of year is also the time where I love reading books the most (which is sad, because it’s also the period where I get the least amount of time to read *cries*). So, I thought I’d do another fun book tag! There were multiple fall or Halloween book tags I was thinking of doing, but I settled on this one. All of the books mentioned are ones that I own Check it out!

1. Creepy House On The Corner Of The Street: Book With A Creepy Cover

And Then There Were None by Agatha Christie

I don’t really own many creepy books, but I’ll go with my copy Agatha Christie’s And Then There Were None. It might not look like much, but having read this book, it really gives me the jeebies! The house with the windows all lit up reminds me of some of the most terrifying parts. The skull is a nice touch, too!

2. Lights Out (Party Poopers): A Book You Want To Read When You Want To Escape

I don’t think I can settle for just one here! To escape, I like to read Songs From The Deep by Kelly Powell, Legend my Marie Lu, and Percy Jackson and the Olympians. But that’s just scratching the surface!

3. The House That Gives Out The Cheap Candy: Guilty Pleasure Book

I don’t know if this would be a guilty pleasure, but I guess I would say any of Natalie D. Richard’s books. They’re a little cringey, but I like the suspense!

4. The House With The Best Decorations On The Block: Best Haunting/Halloween Themed Cover

Selected Works of Edgar Allan Poe

I’m going to say my collection of Edgar Allan Poe works. It has a lot of his poems and short stories, and the cover is awesome! It obviously has ravens on it, and a picture of Poe himself. It’s a little creepy!

5. The House That Gives Out The Best Candy: #1 Halloween Recommendation

Endless Night by Agatha Christie

I have been recommending this one a lot lately. It has to be in my top three Agatha Christie books, because it is just WILD. I never saw the plot twist coming, and it is both disturbing and creepy. Perfect for the spooky season!

This was a short tag, but I hope you were entertained by it! I also hope you came away with some spooky reads for this month! If you would like to use this tag, feel free to do so. And let me know what books you’ll be reading this month!

As always, God bless y’all and have a wonderful rest of the week!

I found this tag on A Dance With Books, so go check them out!
