Hey guys! And going to jump right into the topic today and say that recently there has been a lot of stress and worry over something in my life. Last Wednesday was difficult in particular, but I was surprised at the Verse of the Day on the Bible App that day. God knew I would need a reminder, and perhaps you need it this week too!

What time I am afraid, I will trust in thee. – Psalm 56:3

A short and sweet verse, but it is speaking of a giant leap of faith! There are certain things that we worry about, or things we’re afraid of, when the Bible states clearly that we are not to do such things. But it’s difficult to just hand it all over to God, isn’t it? There are tons of places in Scripture where God promises He will care for us, and we don’t have to worry about a thing. Besides…in the end, worrying doesn’t really get us anywhere, does it? It’s a difficult thing to do, but I promise the peace He gives is overpowers any worry you might have!

I hope this encourages you to give your fears and worries to God! He will give you peace!
