Weekly Dose of Scripture

Hello! I’m here with some Scripture, as I’m sure you’re well aware, and this time I looked to one of the books I don’t believe I’ve ever taken a verse from. I believe the Lord put this in my heart, since it came out of the blue, really! I’m excited that perhaps He will use this to encourage someone! Take a look!

And Moses said to the people, “Do not be afraid. Stand still, and see the salvation of the Lord, which He will accomplish for you today. For the Egyptians whom you see today, you shall see again no more forever. The Lord will fight for you, and you shall hold your peace.” – Exodus 14:13-14

When the Hebrews were about to be overtaken by the Egyptians, the Lord parted the Red Sea for them to pass through. Then, the Lord closed the sea back up over the Egyptians, and just as Moses said, the Hebrews saw them no more forever. There is so much that we can apply to our lives today. The Lord is still fighting for us, and He will part any sea that lays before us. He will allow us to pass through trials. He’ll fight back against our enemies, and all we need to do is place our trust in Him!

I hope this encourages you to trust in the Lord this week! He is fighting for you, and making a way for you! As always, God bless y’all and have a wonderful week!
