How are all of you? I hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas! For today’s Scripture I’m turning to the book of Jeremiah. As I write this, I’m getting the feeling that I probably did this one before, but repetition usually results in memorization, so that’s not a bad thing!
For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans for welfare and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope. – Jeremiah 29:11
I definitely probably used this one before, but when you’re doing these once a week along with other posts, things get confusing! But anyway, I think this is the perfect verse to have in our hearts as we go into this new year. After this year, some of us might be a little worried about what might come. But we don’t have to be afraid! New years, regardless of what they bring, is a new, refreshing start, and we can do anything! I’m not much of a new year goals maker, but this year I’m going all out with my goals! I will be releasing a post discussing those goals soon, so keep an eye out for that!
I encourage you to make your own goals, and whatever happens, lean on the Lord and find your courage and strength in Him! God bless y’all and have a wonderful week!
I absolutely LOVED this weekly scripture!! Thanks for the great encouragement and reminder of this verse!!
Haha, that’s funny, I’ve never been much of a new year’s goal maker either, but this year I’ve got so many! I still haven’t made my vision board, which is my first time doing it, and I was supposed to do it like a month or two ago! ðĪĶðŧââïļð Can’t wait to see your post discussing your goals!!
God bless! ð

Making my vision board was so fun! At least you won’t have to write an essay to go with it, haha! ðĪŠ Happy new year and God bless!
