Hello everyone! It’s been awhile since I’ve done a BREAKING NEWS post, hasn’t it? I am super excited for this reveal, and I hope all you gamers out there are too!

As I’m sure most of you are aware, E3, a gaming convention, was canceled because of Covid-19. Because of this, companies were forced to resort to other means of revealing gamess and other news! Nintendo has been at it all year, with big reveals such as the Mario All Stars reveal. That trailer was my childhood! And when I saw it, I thought, “the only thing they need to do now is reveal another Legend of Zelda game…”

And guess what? Today they did just that! There were no leaks, no rumors; a complete surprise! Check out the trailer below!…

It looks fantastic! This game will take place one hundred years before the main Breath of the Wild game, and will tell the story of what happened to Link and the others in the war with Calamity Ganon! This game is not to be confused with the trailer that was released last year for Breath of the Wild 2…they are two separate games.

It looks like we will be getting to play as other characters in this game, which is great! Correct me if I’m wrong, but I don’t recall ever getting to play as Zelda herself! The gameplay looks fun! Hopefully it is pretty much the same as the original Breath of the Wild! And I can’t wait to see more of the story, though I do know that this probably won’t end well considering the beginning of Breath of the Wild!

I CANNOT wait for this! Breath of the Wild is a game that is very special to me and this trailer brought back so many great memories! I’m so excited to get my hands on it!
