Hey guys! I’m here with some fun stuff about The Card Dealer before I end the story after the next couple chapters, as well as a little information on my next story, as the title of this post said! I’m super excited to share that ex, but first I’ll get some of this extra stuff out of the way! Take a look!
About The Card Dealer…
The Card Dealer will be ending very soon, but that wasn’t the case a few weeks ago. After giving it some thought, I pulled out a few scenes and a plot point in order to bring the end quicker. I didn’t want to do this at first, but I decided it was for the best and the stuff I had removed were unnecessary to the story at large. This, I think, will not only improve the story, but end it quicker. Because, if I’m being honest, I really can’t wait to end it. I’ve been working on this thing since July and I’m soooo ready for it to be over.
As you all know, I revealed a major twist a couple parts ago. Adrian Rune is the Card Dealer, but, of course, I haven’t yet revealed how that came to be or why. This whole twist was really fun to put together, and although most of you guessed this twist beforehand, a lot of you expressed how well I did the reveal. That meant so much to me, and I’m so, so very glad that you’ve stuck with this story this long! There is another twist to come, so hang tight!
Since the ending will be very soon, I wonder how ya’ll think it will end! I’d love to hear your thoughts, so let me know in the comments!
Is there anything you’d like to know about The Card Dealer? I’d love to hear your questions!
And now, without further ado, let’s move on to my next story…
I haven’t done much planning on this besides the plot and characters, and I will be working on it during the Summer. Come August, this story will be ready to be released and I. Can’t. Wait! The title is still undecided as of now, and my sister is still working on the cover art, but we will release those at the same time sometime next week! For now, I can reveal the synopsis!
This story will be a fairy tale, and it’s based off of Sleeping Beauty, only the roles have been switched around! Prince Hunter goes off to rescue Princess Emerald, who has been put under a spell that will cause her to sleep forever. There’s only one problem though…when Prince Hunter finds that his kiss won’t wake her up. He isn’t her true love. After a riddle given to Prince Hunter is finally solved, it turns out that the one who cast the spell on her, Janus McMyer, villain and ex-knight, could be the only one who’s kiss will wake her.
I’ll be glad to have to Summer to work out all the details, but I just can’t wait to start releasing this! It will come out in parts, like The Card Dealer does, but it will be told in third person point of view, something I’m more used to than first person, which is the point of view The Card Dealer has. Next week when I release the cover art and the title, I will also reveal a little excerpt!
I hope you enjoyed this little post! Stay tuned for the next part of The Card Dealer! It’s going to be good! Have any thoughts on my next story? Let me know in the comments below!
