Final Fantasy 7 Remake Trailer

Boy, have I got some exciting news for ya’ll!  Earlier today another trailer dropped for Final Fantasy 7 Remake at the Tokyo Game Show, and it is really something else.  I can’t even explain to you right now how happy it makes me, and I’m sure a lot of you FF7 fans can relate!  Before I start blabbing, why don’t you see the trailer…

This is probably one of the greatest video game trailers I’ve ever seen.  I can already tell that this game is going to be nostalgic, fun, and incredibly beautiful.  I’ve got to admit, I was nervous at first, since remakes don’t always come out right, but now I have no doubt that this will be a good game!

Look at the animation!  It. Is. Gorgeous.  The music is perfect.  The voices are PERFECT.  I am SO excited to see the Turks!  This is actually the first time that we have seen them in this remake!  Everyone looks awesome, and I can’t wait to see those cutscenes!

A whole lot of new stuff that wasn’t in the old one seems to have been put in, and I’m sure that will buff up the story nicely.  We also get a look at some old scenes, like the cross-dressing scene and Reno going to the church and fighting Cloud.  I. Can’t. Wait! Also, that little bit with Cloud turning into a frog…👌👌 I hated that curse!

Another thing that I’m sure everyone is excited to see is a remade Zack Fair.  In the old FF7, there was plenty of flashbacks of him, and I’m sure we will see him again!  He might even be tied into the remake more!

I’m so excited to play this, and I bet you fellow fans are too!  What was your favorite thing in the trailer?  Who are you excited to see in action?  Let me know in the comments below!

Final Fantasy 7 Remake will release on March 3, 2020

  1. Not enough Sephiroth! And where is Vincent? But in all honestly, this looks great. I’m pretty excited for the remake, having waited for it for… I don’t know, like 15 years or something?

I do wish the voices were a little less goofy. I think that’s the best word to describe them. I can’t watch dubbed anime because the voices are usually so silly compared to the original so I watch subtitled versions. For me it was the same with Advent Children. But that’s probably just me.

I have a feeling they’re holding back on showing Sephiroth, since the real treat will be seeing him in the game itself! Vincent is hiding in his coffin! Boy, I still remember the first time I saw the very first trailer, and it does seem like years and years ago. It’s so nice to finally have a release date!
