Quote of the Week 6/30/19

Hey guys!  I apologize for the lack of posts last week, but I’m back with another quote!  I searched around for a really good quote, and I finally chose one.  This week’s quote comes from a game that is a real soul crusher, and the scene that this conversation comes from is one of my favorite scenes from the game…

“You’re wrong.  Those aren’t the wings of a monster.”

“Well then, what are they?”

“Angel’s wings.”

“I see.  Then what should an angel fight for, Zack?  What do angels dream of?”

“Angeal…”

“Angels dreams of one thing.”

“Please…tell me.”

“To be human.”                                                                                                                                                                                                                         – Zack and Angeal (Crisis Core)

Almost every quote that came out of Crisis Core is my favorite, and there will definitely be more to come!  As for this conversation, it’s up there with my favorite quotes.  Even though Crisis Core was a pain to play all the way through, I really love it.  As you can imagine, I was a COMPLETE mess watching the end of this game.  Bawling like a little kid.  But you can’t blame me, because I know anyone who played this game most likely did the same (don’t you dare lie and say you didn’t cry even a drop!).  So that’s this week’s quote, but what would you like to see a quote from?  Let me know in the comments below, as well as your favorite Crisis Core quote!

      1. That quote is a treasure, no question! Hmm, would a quote from “Kingsglaive” be possible in the future? It’s not a game, but there are some very good lines in the film. “For you, I’ll make some.”
