This post is a little late, but I’ve been busy playing the Battlefront II Beta! If you pre ordered the game, then you got to start playing the Beta on the fourth, if not, you had to wait for the sixth. Thankfully, my birthday is coming up and the pre order was my present! The Beta will end tonight, unfortunately, and the full game does not come out until November 17. For now, I want to talk about this Beta.
Star Wars Battlefront II is looking to be a pretty amazing game. In the Beta, you can play Arcade, Multiplayer, and Co-op. Starting with the Arcade version, you can play as differently ranked Battle Droids, a Super Battle Droid, Darth Maul, or Rey at the battle of Naboo. In Co-op, grab a friend and battle to see who comes out at the top. In Multiplayer, you can do a Galactic Assault, where up to forty players can join, as Droids, Clone Troopers, or Stormtroopers at the battle of Naboo or Takodana. You can also do a space battle as an X-wing, A-wing, Y-wing, Millennium Falcon, Poe’s X-wing TIE Fighter, TIE Interceptor, TIE Bomber, the Slave 1, or Darth Maul’s Scimitar depending on what your alliance is. The battles are fast paced and can be difficult; as of now I still can’t finish a Galactic Assault!
I can’t wait for the whole game to come out. Campaign mode will be available when it does. You can watch a sneak peek for it below…
The full game of Star Wars: Battlefront II will be available on November 17, 2017.
